Job description
As the Team Lead for the global team of Business analysts you will help Epiroc drive the Data & Analytics transformation into the future.
To be successful in this role you must be strong people manager with experience of global cross-teams cooperation, take ownership comes natural for you, you are driven to deliver operations excellence and take pride to help other part of the organization. Operations are delivered both via internal resources and sourced services.
Mission
Identify requirements from Business within the BI and Integration domain. Coordinate and manage the global demands from the Business of Epiroc. Coordinate and manage the global virtual team of Business analysts. Establish a standardized demand process for the BI and Integration domain. Work closely to the business to gather requirements within different process councils such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc. Identify key stakeholders within the Epiroc organization. Build and evolve the virtual team of business analysts globally. Ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines. Work close with projects, programs, customers, vendors and resources across all levels of the organization.
Experience requirements
Experience from large change projects. Minimum 5 year experience from Information Technology. Minimum 3 year experience as Team leader in a global IT organization. Good knowledge of IT technical components and processes. Working with a multinational organization and virtual teams. Business processes understanding. Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines.

Requirements
University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Passionate about your field of expertise and your customers.

We also expect you to be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good analytical skills.
