Epiroc IT are currently seeking a driven individual with a can-do attitude to be part of our future Epiroc IT organization. You will be responsible for operations and delivery of the Identity and Access Management services, including Global Active Directory, Identity Management and authentication towards business applications both for internal and external users.

Job description

As IAM Operations & Delivery Teamlead IT you will work both strategic and operative. You will be responsible for the operations and delivery while assisting the Global IAM Manager to secure a stable and well supported IAM environment. Deliver world class services to the business that are geographically spread equally around the globe. You will report to the Global IAM Manager, Epiroc IT

Mission

Maintain positive and supporting attitude within the Service Area

Work closely with strategic and Application Maintenance team to identify IAM requirements - Optimize or change existing solution(s) in line with Epiroc IT strategy and security policy - Implement and operate:

Work in a global SLA based IAM organization

Take responsibility to ensure the smooth daily operations and delivery for the identity and access management applications and services in cooperation with the supporting vendors.

Be the point of contact for other functional areas and the support organization

Document processes and routines

Coordinate solutions so they are delivered with quality and agility

Make use of the tools to manage and monitor, operations, including data shall be owned by Epiroc

Contribute to the roadmap for each of the components in your service area

Take active part in projects pertaining to IAM

Limit number of manual processes and routines in favour of automation and self-service - Always have security in mind

Keep it simple attitude (all aspects, like HW, platform and support processes)

Ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines

Work close with other Service Area owners to optimize IT services efficiency and end-user experience

Safeguard operations during TSA schedule

 

Experience requirements

Responsible for delivering SLA based services

Managing medium - large change projects

Leadership experience - proven track record

Minimum 10 years working experience within the IT industry

Experience from operating IAM solutions in a multinational organization

Expert knowledge in the area of Active Directory

Good knowledge regarding Azure authentication practices

General understanding of IT technical components and processes

Business processes understanding

Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines

Knowledge / Educational requirements

University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge and experience of standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL and PMI)

Strong knowledge in Cloud authentication functions

Personality

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.

A proactive personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.

We also expect you to be well-structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good strong analytical and administrations skills, as they are vital for this role. You must be able to travel international minimum 20 days/year.

Company presentation

Atlas Copco's Board of Directors announced in January 2017 that it will initiate work in order to propose to the Annual General Meeting in 2018, to decide on a split of Atlas Copco into two parts.
