Background
This position is a key role within URE with focus on safeguarding our strong position in material handling segments and taking the portfolio to the next level in terms of market share, profitability & customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for market intelligence gathering, creating new ideas and guiding these through our organization to achieve products & features that our customers need.
Major responsibilities included in mission:
The mission will be achieved by leading, supporting and coaching your team and through close collaboration with our many stakeholders such as; R&D, customers, customer centers and the divisional business team.
Skills and knowledge
To succeed in this role you need to have several years of experience working with mining equipment or heavy construction equipment. You understand financial performance and it’s relations to business targets. As this position has a global footprint and involves travels, you are comfortable adapting your work style to meet local cultures when necessary. To have experience from customer facing roles and project management is also an advantage. Since English is our corporate language and is widely used within the organization, you need to be fluent in English both verbal and written.
