Job description

As Global BI & Integration delivery Team Lead you are in charge to Operate and to provide world-class deliveries to the business that are geographically spread over the world.

• You will lead and coordinate interdependent operation teams within the BI & Integration domain.

• You will drive the process of implement a standardized and state of the art delivery process together with the application managers of different areas.

• Help establish governance models and evolve the handover process/artifacts from development to operations within the BI & Integration area.

To be successful in this role you must be strong people manager with experience of global cross-teams cooperation, take ownership comes natural for you, you are driven to deliver operations excellence and take pride to help other part of the organization. Operations are delivered both via internal resources and sourced services. As Global BI & Integration demand Team Lead you will work both tactical and operative.

Mission

Drive and coordinate single and multiple team deliverables engaging with multiple delivery leads. Approach projects with the strategic goals as a focus of the delivery. Actively engage the people throughout the delivery lifecycle. Establish a standardized delivery process for the BI & Integration domain. Ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines. Work close with projects, programs, people, vendors and resources across all levels of the organization.

Experience requirements

Experience from large change projects. Minimum 5 year experience from Information Technology. Minimum 3 year experience as Team leader in a global IT organization. Excellent knowledge of IT technical components and processes. Working with a multinational organization and virtual teams. Business processes understanding. Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

Requirements

University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Passionate about your field of expertise and your customers.

We also expect you to be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good analytical skills.
