Job description
The primary responsibilities for this position will be to manage and develop the local Indirect Sourcing team in Örebro, responsible for spend and cost cut projects/initiatives related to local and regional sourcing. You will be responsible to ensure the quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of the sourced products, projects and services as well as define and follow up targets for the team. 　

To achieve sustainable operational excellence, aggregate volumes and strategies in all Epiroc entities within Sweden, you shall set up the governance and processes for Sweden Indirect Sourcing Council.　

You will also be managing a few core suppliers/categories.　

Experience and educational requirements
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken form. Experience within team building, leadership and organizational processes. Excellent knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier relationship management. A university degree within a relevant field.
