Job description

As a HR Professional will be working closely together with the business and its managers- leveraging and facilitating their strategies. We build confidence in HR as strategic partners, ensure efficiency in the delivery of our people management processes/administration and also make sure we have access to available expertise for common policies and frameworks. We are here to guide and support our managers in successful IT Business.

Mission

Your mission is to proactively engage with the business to understand and support the strategy. You are going to guide and coach managers in People Management Processes (Attract, Develop & Keep). The role will be at a generalist level that includes all aspects of HR, but initially the focus will be at recruitment, talent management and competence development. The role also includes HR administration. 

 

English will be your main communication language, as you on a daily basis, will be communicating with colleagues located all over the globe.

Experience requirements

You have 3-5 years of experience within the HR field and have had a focus on international recruitment in your previous roles. Preferably, you will have worked in a matrix driven organization. 

Knowledge and educational requirements

You have a bachelor or master degree within HR or similar. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, verbally and in writing is essential.

You take pride in HR delivery and see a clear connection to our business results. You are curious and want to drive continues improvement. You have a positive attitude and focuses on the opportunities at hand. You are motivated by interacting with people and enjoy providing advice and coaching. 

 

Being the agile individual you are, you both enjoy working in a team, as well as independently. The role also requires a good sense of structure and order to make sure our administrative processes are followed. You have an ability to prioritize your own work load and are expected to take on responsibility for your tasks.

 

This role suits a person who has a social ability and easily can communicate and build trust with people from different countries and with different backgrounds.

This is a permanent role, where you can be based either in Örebro or in Stockholm, Sweden
